We have fixed a bug that was temporarily disabling the ability for an agent to toggle marketing actions for Klaviyo. This is related to our recent major update Klaviyo Enhancements which included adding our "Actionable Insights" capability to Klaviyo - allowing agents to easily update marketing opt-in/opt-out without ever leaving Zendesk.
