    Recharge - Major Enhancements

    As part of our ongoing efforts to enhance our Add-On Providers ecosystem, we are thrilled to have significantly enhanced our industry-leading subscription management capabilities for Recharge. This update includes increased functionality for managing and modifying subscriptions for both Shopify and BigCommerce retailers.



    Apply/Remove Subscription Discounts: One of the most requested features from subscription-based retailers is now available. Support agents can now apply/remove discounts for subscriptions directly within agnoStack.


    Update/Swap Subscription Product: Another highly-requested feature is also now also available for Recharge! We have added the ability to “swap” a product (and adjust quantity) for upcoming subscription Orders.

    Recharge - Customer Insights

    Customer Insights Data: We are excited to also enable Recharge data inside of the popular Customer Insights module. This additional data provides agents with even more comprehensive customer subscription information such as total/active subscriptions, first charge, upcoming delivery dates, and much more - right at their fingertips without ever leaving Zendesk!


    Customer Timeline Events: In addition, we are also now bringing additional rich Recharge subscription events directly into the Advanced Customer Timeline This offers Agents a chronological view of all Recharge activities, such as subscription and order events, directly within agnoStack.


    All new functionality for Recharge is available for Shopify and BigCommerce retailers subscribed to the Premium and Enterprise Tiers at no additional cost. Stay tuned for additional, enhanced subscription management capabilities coming soon!



    New Features


    commercetools - Order Discounts/Promotions

    As we continue to build upon on our rich Order modification capabilities, retailers running commercetools can now directly apply discounts/promotion codes to existing orders directly inside of Zendesk.


    This feature is exclusive to the agnoStack Enterprise tier - with support for additional commerce platforms coming soon.

    New Add-On Loyalty Provider: ReferralCandy

    We are excited to announce preliminary support for retailers using ReferralCandy as their Loyalty/Referral platform. Setting up ReferralCandy is easy and can be done directly within the Managing Your Account screen.

    agnoStack is continually adding new Add-On providers and integrations to our provider ecosystem. If you are using a platform that isn't yet directly supported, you can easily integrate anything you can imagine using our free Add-On Integration Provider. We'd also love to learn more as we are constantly adjusting our roadmap based on customer input and feedback - contact us at support@agnostack.com.


    Order Line-Item Price Overrides

    After recently introducing price overrides and the ability to create zero-dollar orders during our Checkout/CartCollabSM process, we have now extended this functionality to support Order modifications. Agents can now apply price overrides to order line-items and/or when adding a new line-item to existing Orders.


    View Previous/Next Order

    We have introduced new UI features to the agnoStack Order Sidebar - adding Next/Previous Order buttons allowing agents to seamlessly navigate through orders without needing to return to the Orders list screen!


    In addition, agents can now easily reload or refresh the Orders List without needing a full app reload or browser refresh by hovering over the order count at the bottom of the list view.

    Klaviyo - Customer Insights

    Klaviyo - Major Enhancements

    Klaviyo is one of the most commonly used Add-On Integrations - and we've now made it even better! The update includes adding our "Actionable Insights" capability to Klaviyo, allowing agents to easily update data within Klaviyo.


    This new update allows an agent to help a customer easily opt-in/opt-out from Email/SMS communications.


    Additionally, we've enhanced the Customer Insights Panel to display more detailed Klaviyo data, including surfacing of Lists Memberships associated with a Customer.


    Okendo - Customer Insights & Timeline Events

    The Okendo Marketing Provider integration now includes more comprehensive customer data across both the Customer Insights panel and the Customer Timeline, providing a richer view of customer interactions and behaviors.


    In addition, we have established a standard reference framework/sample for how to leverage Okendo along with Shopify and Zendesk to provides seamless review moderation and approval. To learn more about how you can get this set up in your environment, please contact support@agnostack.com


    Order, Invoice, Line-Item Sharing

    We previously released the "Product Catalog share" functionality within the Zendesk Ticket Editor to enable seamless sharing of a Product with a Customer. We have now extended this functionality to include sharing Orders, Invoices and Product directly from the Order Detail screen.


    This functionality is now available for both commercetools and Shopify on the Premium tier and above.

    Bug Fix - CommerceTools Discount Display

    We fixed a minor issue that prevented commercetools orders from displaying multiple/stacked line-item discount details correctly on the Order Detail screen.



    Bug Fix - Disabled Configuration Fields

    This release also resolves an issue in the Provider configuration screen that was inadvertently disabling fields for certain providers when trying to re-activate.
