    New Features


    Enhanced Order Insights

    This release includes an exciting new enhancement to our existing Advanced Insights capabilities for retailers running Shopify as their commerce platform. Our Order Insights previously included Fraud/Risk Analysis data that surfaced a Risk Score and recommended actions for each Order (depending a retailers configured Payment platform).


    This new update significantly improves this functionality to now include more detailed fraud/risk indicators to helping your agents better understand the insights related to an order's risk level.


    Shopify Enhanced Risk Analysis

    This feature is now included for all customers running Shopify who are subscribed to our Premium Tier or Enterprise Tier. We will continue to enhance the Order Insights panel with support for additional commerce platforms, payment platforms and add-on providers - as well as surfacing additional insights in coming months!



    Fixes/Enhancements


    Product Metadata UI Enhancements

    For retailers utilizing commercetools as your eCommerce platform, we're excited to unveil an upgraded display of Advanced Product Metadata within the Order Details screen. The detailed line item view now leverages our rich UI data types and inference engine to provide a more robust agent interface.


    This add rich display for elements including dates, links, badges, pills, JSON formats and more!


    This enhancement is available to all retailers running on commercetools and are on our Professional Tier and above. We are continuing to build upon our library of UI data types and will soon be releasing an even richer set of components into the platform.


    Advanced Product Data: commercetools Product Metafields


    US Address Verification Bug Fix

    This release addresses an issue related to the "Shipping Address" form within our Order Creation/CartCollabSM flow. Our address form enforce localized address required fields for most countries across the globe. This release resolved a bug related to US based address entry not requiring a State to be submitted. Agents should now be properly required to enter/choose a valid State when utilizing the address entry form.



    Orders Watchlist - Customer Display

    We have addressed a minor issue on the Orders Watchlist screen, where the full customer information was not being displayed as intended for certain customers. With this update, agent should now have full visibility into customer details to improve watchlist monitoring and overall customer engagement.



    Elastic Path - Custom Shipping Line Item Tax

    A previously identified bug in our Elastic Path Commerce Cloud integration that affected calculation of taxes for custom shipping line items during the order creation process has been resolved. This fix ensures that all shipping items are properly created without tax, allowing for all normal tax rules to be applied for these items once they are added to a cart.

    Elastic Path - CartCollabSM Support

    Looking ahead, we're thrilled to be close to enhancing our agent assisted sales flow/Checkout process for retailers using Elastic Path Commerce Cloud (EPCC) with the introduction of our industry leading CartCollabSM capabilities! This feature is now available via an Early Access Program (EAP) that can be enabled on your account (along with minor updates on your EPCC storefront) by contacting agnoStack support.


    This feature will allow agents to prepare a shopping cart "on behalf of" the customer - including all items, customizations and necessary details like shipping and billing. Once the cart is ready, agents can share a unique link with the customer taking them directly to the retailer's storefront with their cart pre-filled with all data prepared by the agent. The customer can then securely enter their credit card details directly on the retailers storefront and complete their single-click checkout.
