Through the new Elastic Path Integration Provider, retailers can now surface custom data to agents including Order Metadata, Order Insights, Order Timeline Events, Customer Metadata, Customer Insights and Customer Timeline Events at no additional cost to agnoStack subscribers.
As mentioned in our previous release, the powerful new capability enables retailers to set up custom data flows within the Elastic Path Composer's iPaaS (Integration Platform As a Service) for use within the agnoStack platform to easily extend and customize Zendesk.
By enhancing Zendesk with custom data from your own internal or external systems, retailers can easily add the data that your agents need to provide a comprehensive 360 view of your customers!
We have now enhanced our support for JSON data display across Order Line Item details, as well as across our Order Insights and Customer Insights panels.
This also applies across all of our new Extended Data capabilities to integrate your own data and for users of Shopify Metafields.
This new update allows for enhanced viewing of JSON in an interactive UI that is easily readable and consumable by your agents.
To offer additional flexibility to retailers when issuing order refunds, we've enhanced the ability to customize refund reasons - now allowing an unlimited number of custom values. Previously capped at a fixed number, this update enables retailers to tailor refund options more precisely to fit their unique business processes. This capability can be enabled by contacting email@example.com and is available across all providers for retailers subscribed to our Premium & Enterprise tiers.
We have fixed a minor issue which was affecting the display of pricing information for some Shopify Orders containing multiple discounts on a single line item. This fix ensures accurate representation of all discounts across Order Line Items as well as the overall Order total.
Thanks to customer feedback, we have addressed an issue when using our Shipping Data "quick-copy" functionality where some information was being truncated for specific orders and shipping/commerce platforms. Previously, certain pieces of the real-time shipping information was not correctly being inserted into the Zendesk ticket reply field. This update ensures that all relevant shipping details are accurately and automatically incorporated into the ticket reply window across all platforms and orders.
This release contains a fix to a bug when trying to create a New Order while an agent was on Zendesk's User Sidebar screen. The New Order functionality previously experiencing intermittent errors depending on the state of the User record but has now been resolved.
