App Extension Framework

Following our recent announcement of the new agnoStack App Extension Framework and additional Data Integration capabilities, we are thrilled to announce that we now have an open-source Sample/Reference Repository available!

Zendesk AI Co-Pilot / Intelligent Triage

This release includes a small, but mighty enhancement to our Actionable Options capabilities to bring in wider context into the Extended Data call. With this update, the context sent along to generate custom Actionable Options for agents now includes Intent, Sentiment, and Language - as well as automated Entity Detection available via Zendesk AI Co-Pilot and Intelligent Triage as well as any additional custom ticket fields and core conversation data.

Cart Line-Item Discounts

We have also further enhanced the Order Creation/CartCollab^SM experience for customers on agnoStack's Enterprise Tier - adding support for displaying inline Line-Item Discounts.

Agents can now view discount details associated with each individual line item, providing greater visibility when helping perform agent assisted sales.

This functionality is initially available for retailers using Shopify, with support for additional commerce platforms coming soon!

Enhanced Agent Attribution

We have improved the attribution tracking to now extend beyond agent-assisted sales and refund processing to now include Agent details associated with Order Modifications. The initial rollout of this functionality is available to retailers using Shopify as their Commerce platform.

Shopify API Version Update

Last, but not least, this release also includes important infrastructure updates to support the latest Shopify API version. We also work to continually improve performance, stability, and provide access to the latest innovations, features, and capabilities.
