This release represents one of the largest steps forward to the agnoStack application suite to date - we are excited to announce a tremendous set of new capabilities and improvements across the platform!
This release is a major step forward in expanding agnoStack's Extended Data and Advanced Customization capabilities. We have included two new Add-On Integration Providers that give retailers more ways to tailor and extend the agent workspace. These are in addition to our existing support for Elastic Path Composer, Knots.io, Zendesk Custom Objects, and Zendesk Action Builder!
In addition, this release includes Early Access to our brand new App Extension framework. Add-On Integration Providers enable fully customizable workflows to enhance Zendesk with your unique business data right where your agents work: Advanced Order Data, Order Insights, Order Timeline Events, Advanced Customer Data, Customer Insights & Timeline Events. They also support the new Actionable Options capabilities allowing retailers to use rich ticket, order, and customer context to deliver custom actions available on an order.
n8n Integration Provider: n8n the leading AI powered workflow automation platform! It lets you connect apps and APIs to build, run automations using a visual editor, code, or custom nodes. n8n also enables embedding AI capabilities directly into workflows to enrich the custom data or actionable options sent back into agnoStack.
Custom Integration Provider: We're also launching a new Add-On Integration Provider that allows retailers to connect their own secure, custom API endpoint to extend the platform. This is especially valuable for enterprise retailers who want maximum control over their integration and may have an existing AWS, Google Cloud, Microsoft Azure (or other) cloud service foundation.
We are opening early access to select Enterprise customers (and technology platform Partners) to the new App Extension framework. It enables even deeper customization, including the ability to inject custom data into additional parts of the Cart, Order, and Customer update workflows.
It seems trivial after that...but we are unbelievably excited to welcome a new addition to our core ste of Commerce integration: VTEX is a cloud-native commerce platform that supports both the front-end shopping experience, core commerce services, and deep order management capabilities to help organizations scale, localize, and operate efficiently across multiple channels, stores, and languages.
It is now available in early Beta Access up to our Professional Tier (with Premium Tier access coming soon). Enable direct agent access to customer order history, real-time shipping and payment status, and many of the core rich ticket, order, and customer capabilities across the agnoStack platform. This release includes a very powerful upgrade to agnoStack's Order Creation/CartCollabSM screens. Agents can now multi-select items and remove multiple items from the cart with a single click. This is a common use case for agents who support high volume orders - and is the foundation for several new multi-item cart features to come!
These updates are available to customers on the Enterprise Tier who are using Shopify, BigCommerce or commercetools for their eCommerce platform.

These enhancements allow surfacing custom alerts, messages, and contextual details throughout the Order Creation/Rapid Re-Order interface at both the overall cart and at the line-item level!
One of the recent impactful capabilities recently introduced is multi-item refunds, helping retailers streamline complex refund workflows (previously available only for Shopify). Today we are expanding that functionality to now be available for retailers running BigCommerce. Agents can preselect multiple order line items and process a single refund for all selected items at once.

This release also includes a new Add-On Provider for BigCommerce retailers using MiniBC as their Subscription Management solution. This brings additional details into the Order Detail panel to support more accurate handling of transactional data from MiniBC and enables improved support for refund processing.

One of the most popular agnoStack features just got an upgrade - the Advanced Order Timeline surfaces key events from an order's history and purchase lifecycle directly to agents. Based on customer feedback, we have now added the ability to easily toggle all timeline events (on or off) with a single click, making it faster to view all event details at once.
We have now included line-item shipping details visible within the Order Detail panel for retailers using Shopify as their commerce platform (additional platform support to come in the next release).
This provides quicker access to fulfillment context such as shipment status and tracking links without leaving the main order overview (in addition to the existing view of overall Shipment details for an order).

This release includes an enhancement to our Yotpo Loyalty integration, adding support to directly award loyalty points within Zendesk via agnoStack's Actionable Insights functionality.
We have also expanded our Actionable Insights capability for the Bloomreach Marketing provider. It now surfaces consent categories for a customer, including the ability to toggle customer consent without ever leaving Zendesk!
Last, but certainly not least - this release includes important updates to our Artificial Intelligence (AI) Add-On Providers. These integrations power our AI for Commerce capabilities—helping agents craft faster, higher-quality customer responses through Macro Snippets (Quick Replies) and by generating (or localizing) Advanced Macros.
Google Gemini: Updated from the legacy PaLM connection to Gemini to support newer Gemini model families (including 3.0 Flash and 3.0 Pro).
OpenAI GPT: Updated model support to enable the latest GPT model offerings from OpenAI (including GPT 5.x).
