SiteVibes Marketing Provider

We're excited to add SiteVibes to the agnoStack Add-On Provider ecosystem! SiteVibes provides a comprehensive marketing platform, including loyalty and reviews capabilities to helps brands strengthen customer relationships through rewarding engagement programs and authentic product feedback, supported by advanced analytics to drive retention and growth.

The new SiteVibes integration surfaces Loyalty & Membership details - such as points balance, tier status, referrals, and recent reward activity - directly in the Customer Insights screen. Additionally, Review Activity - including ratings, recommendations and verification details - appear directly within the Customer Timeline so agents can quickly reference recent feedback during conversations.

SiteVibes is now available for retailers on the Premium or Enterprise tiers who are using Shopify, Magento 2 (Adobe Commerce), BigCommerce or WooCommerce for their eCommerce platform.

Zinrelo - Actionable Insights

This release also includes a further enhancement to our recently released Zinrelo Integration, to now support the ability to Award Loyalty Points directly within agnoStack via our Actionable Insights screen.

Retailers subscribed to the Premium or Enterprise tiers can unlock increased efficiency for agents, directly displaying enhanced customer data and events from Zinrelo and other Add-Ons for a holistic view of customer activity across the entire retail backoffice.

Core Platform Updates

Our team has been hard at work improving many things "under the hood" of the core platform - streamlining processes, doing some maintenance and covering a ton of miscellaneous small bug fixes.
