    ShipHero Integration

    As we continue to expand our powerful Add-On Provider ecosystem, we're excited to introduce support for ShipHero — giving Shopify retailers enhanced fulfillment visibility directly within Zendesk.

    This new integration surfaces critical information not directly returned by Shopify, including fulfillment statuses, ship dates, priority flags, tax and invoice references, hold indicators - and much much more! Shiphero data is surfaced within the agnoStack Order Insights view, bringing enhanced shipping data directly to your support agents.

    Additionally, ShipHero related events are now included within the agnoStack Advanced Order Timeline, displaying order shipping, payment and email related events along with Loyalty, Referral, CRM and ticketing related activity in one unified chronological view.


    Retailers subscribed to the Premium Tier or Enterprise Tier can unlock increased efficiency for agents, directly displaying enhanced shipping data and events from ShipHero at no additional cost.



    New Features


    Order Creation/Re-Order Enhancements

    This release includes an exciting update to the agnoStack Order Creation/CartCollabSM. We have been hearing great feedback about how impactful the Order Creation/Rapid Re-Order functionality has been in improving agent efficiency. Building on that momentum, today we are introduced several highly requested enhancements designed to further boost speed, accuracy - and much much consistency (initially available for all retailers using Shopify as their eCommerce platform).


    Cart Reason: Agents can now select from a configurable list of common reasons when creating a Draft Order. This saves time and ensures consistency for retailers standardizing process workflows or using that data downstream for reporting (or within Shopify Flow). The selected reason, as well as an Agent Identifier are stored as Shopify Metafields on the Order. The Order Metafields must be set up within your Admin screen for this data to be carried through when a Draft Order is converted to an actual Order.

    Cart Tags: This release includes enhanced support for adding tags while assisting helping a customer place an order! Agents can now add new tags as well as select from existing Shopify tags on earlier Draft Orders to streamline workflows and reduce entry errors. These tags are persisted onto the Order when the Draft Order is fully converted.

    In addition, we have made several key enhancements to the following functionality for Shopify merchants using advanced Shopify Markets functionality and advanced multi-currency setups.

    Currency Selector: Our existing Cart currency selector now handles more complex scenarios — including maintaining the selected display price when applying price overrides, adding promotions — and much more, all with significantly improved usability.

    Multi-Market Catalog Support: We have also now added support for selecting a specific product catalog when building a Draft Order across Markets that may share the same currency. This ensures that an agent can only select from applicable subset of products based available within that Market/Publication combination.
    NOTE: Enabling multi-market catalog support requires the new "read_publications" scope on your Shopify API used during agnoStack configuration.

    Shopify - Store Credit Refunds

    This release also includes adding support for Shopify's recently released Store Credit refund option. This empowers agents to issue non-cash refunds that retain value within the merchant's ecosystem — a key tool for revenue retention.


    This feature extends the existing refund UI with an additional option in the refund options dropdown. Also the existing refund reasons, notes and Agent Identifier are still persisted back into the Shopify system for reporting and audit purposes.


    In order to enable this capability, you must have the "Enable Store Credit" option checked in your Shopify configuration within agnoStack.

    Magento 2 - Order Notes

    Adobe Commerce Cloud/Magento 2 retailers can now include Cart/Draft Order Notes as part of the Order Creation/CartCollabSM flow. Agents can add custom notes directly within Zendesk - and much much those notes will carry forward to the final Magento order — helping streamline communications for support teams.

    Shopify - Enhanced Order Timeline

    Order Timeline - Shopify

    The industry-leading agnoStack Order Timeline just got even smarter. We've expanded the details available for Shopify-related events, giving agents deeper insights into the order lifecycle without needing to dig through multiple systems.


    This feature enhances the event details with various additional information including products associated with a refund, Agent Identifier associated with the event - and much much more! Agents now have additional details that previously were only available within the Shopify order timeline.


    Customer Insights/Timeline - Emarsys

    The agnoStack Emarsys Loyalty integration has been enhanced to now support seeing loyalty activities directly within the Advanced Customer Timeline, making it easier for agents to understand and respond to a customer's recent engagements. This update also includes an update to allow issuing loyalty points direct within our Customer Insights panels - as well as a fix to a configuration header issue that was recently introduced.


    Shipment Tracking - AUS/NZ

    We have expanded our tracking URL generation logic to better support shipping carriers across Australia and New Zealand. This improves link accuracy for common regional carriers and makes it easier for agents to provide customers with real-time delivery updates.


    Bug Fix: Partial Line Item Refunds

    This release fixes a minor issue during the refund creation flow for partial line items where changing quantities could display incorrect or inconsistent pricing totals.
