This release includes an exciting update to the agnoStack Order Creation/CartCollabSM functionality! We have now added the ability to add custom Order Notes when creating a new Order or using our Rapid Re-Order functionality. This initial rollout is available to all Shopify retailers on the Enterprise tier.
Notes will be created on the Shopify Draft Order and carried over to the Order once the purchase is complete - providing an easy way to capture important context such as special instructions or details relevant to fulfillment.
We anticipate extending this functionality across other additional commerce platforms in the next several releases - as well as adding the ability to apply Tags to Carts/Draft Orders throughout the agnoStack Order Creation/CartCollabSM process!
This release includes updates to the incredibly popular Advanced Data functionality including our Customer Insights 360 view. We have further extended our Actionable Insights capability which enables agents to take easily action on customer, order and shipping data.
With this update, we now have enabled the first release of Actionable Advanced Data! This initial release allows retailers using Shopify to edit Shopify Metafields that are of type Date on Customers and Orders.
This capability empowers agents by offering a convenient way to update important dates without ever leaving Zendesk, helping them keep customer records current and ensuring a smooth support experience.
Continuing to build upon our recent updates to our Recharge Subscription Management capabilities, we have now enhanced the integration to allow agents to include both a reason and reason comments when canceling/deactivating a subscription.
This new functionality can help provide valuable insights/trends around why subscriptions are being modified. This can lead to improved customer retention strategies, and enhance audit and reporting capabilities by capturing detailed cancellation data. This feature is now available for both Shopify and BigCommerce leveraging Recharge for Subscription Management.

This release further enhances our enterprise capabilties for BigCommerce retailers by enabling the ability to configure a custom free shipping option for new or replacement orders.
If you do not already have a publicly available free shipping option displayed on the storefront, this update can be used to allow agents to issue free shipping on New Orders or Re-Orders created within agnoStack.
The setting can easily be enabled within the provider configuration screen inside agnoStack available to any admin by clicking on the "Manage Your Account" link. Once setup, a "Free Shipping" will now be displayed (only to the agent within agnoStack), along with all other shipping rates you have set up within BigCommerce.
We have made a minor, but important, update to our Order Creation capabilties for retailers using BigCommerce that allows orders created via agnoStack to easily be identified by downstream systems. For all orders placed in Zendesk via the agnoStack platform, the "external_source"" field will now be populated with an identifier similar to:
external_source: "CS (ZENDESK/AGNOSTACK COMMERCE)".
This enables retailers to run reports or perform downstream activities while easily identifying which orders have been placed through agnoStack. This feature complements our existing capabilities, including adding agent attribution data on to orders to easily identify agent assisted sales.
Building further upon our recent release of the new Add-On provider for retailers leveraging Okendo, we have enhanced the integration even further with the ability to more easily perform Review Moderation directly within agnoStack.
Agents can now approve or reject customer reviews using a dropdown from an Okendo "Review Action" event in the Customer Timeline.
In addition, once a review is approved or rejected, a new event will subsequently be created in the timeline showing that an agent took action on the review within agnoStack.
This feature is available for all retailers running using Shopify along with Okendo who are subscribed to the Premium tier and above.

This release fixes a minor bug related to Zendesk Sunshine Events generated by our Sync Tags capability. In a recent update, a bug was introduced such that events were only being created when tags were synced FROM a ticket to an order/customer. This has now been fixed this to properly capture events when Tags are synced in either direction by an agent.
