Announcing Attentive as the latest addition to the agnoStack Add-On Provider ecosystem! Attentive is one of the industry's leading SMS and email marketing platforms, helping retailers drive revenue through personalized, conversational messaging across every stage of the customer lifecycle.
With the new Attentive integration, agents can now view a customer's subscription eligibility across SMS and email channels - including marketing, transactional, and checkout abandonment subscriptions - alongside any custom subscriber attributes configured in Attentive. This data is surfaced directly within agnoStack's Customer Insights module, giving agents a more holistic view of customer engagement right where they work.
The new Attentive Marketing integration is available today for retailers on the Premium Tier and above.

This release also expands agnoStack's roster of Loyalty integrations with the addition of Rise.ai
With the new Rise.ai integration, agents can now access a customer's store credit balance, gift card details, and wallet activity directly within Zendesk through agnoStack's Customer Insights screen. In addition - related credit issuances, redemptions, and refund events appear seamlessly within the Customer Timeline, giving agents the context they need to confidently support loyalty and post-purchase conversations without ever leaving the support ticket.
The Rise.ai Loyalty Provider can be used by brands on our Premium Tier and above using Shopify as their Commerce platform.
We have expanded the Customer Timeline to now include native Customer Notes from Shopify.
Notes that previously lived only inside the Shopify admin interface now appear directly within the agnoStack timeline - giving agents richer context on a customer's history and preferences without needing to switch tabs.
By surfacing these inline with the rest of a customer's activity and engagement history, agents can now see exactly when each note was added in the context of everything else happening on the account, helping them quickly understand what happened and why.
This enhancement is available today for retailers on the Premium Tier and above at no additional cost.

We have also added a new quick-access menu for the Order Creation/CartCollabSM shipping and billing address screens. Agents can now populate address values from configured Zendesk ticket fields with a single click, helping streamline entry without the need for copy/paste.

We have further enhanced agnoStack's Klaviyo Marketing Provider to now surface native Klaviyo Discount Codes directly within the Klaviyo tab of the Customer Insights panel. Agents can quickly view active discount codes associated with a customer - including code, value, and expiration details where applicable, directly alongside the rest of their Klaviyo profile data.
We have also significantly expanded our Cordial Marketing integration including a series of enhancements that bring richer customer context and additional actionable capabilities directly into the support ticket.
Profile Attributes: Additional Cordial profile attributes are now surfaced within the Customer Insights panel, giving agents broader visibility into customer details captured in Cordial.
Channel Unsubscribe: Agents can now unsubscribe contacts from marketing channels directly inside agnoStack, without ever needing to switch over to Cordial.
Customer Timeline Events: Cordial contact activity events now appear seamlessly within the Customer Timeline, providing agents with a more complete view of a customer's marketing engagement history.


Last, but certainly not least, this release also includes general API updates to the Stamped Reviews & Loyalty integration. These updates align the integration with the latest Stamped API version, improving long-term reliability and paving the way for additional Stamped capabilities to be brought into agnoStack in upcoming releases.
We are excited to announce our upcoming integration with Submarine Subscriptions as a new integration in the agnoStack Add-On Provider ecosystem. Submarine is a modern Shopify subscription management and billing platform helping retailers power flexible recurring revenue programs.
This new integration will bring rich recurring revenue context directly into Zendesk, giving agents the visibility they need to confidently support customers managing recurring orders and subscription plans.
