    BigCommerce Ordergroove Support

    We are excited to continue enhancing our Add-On Provider ecosystem with this release's addition of Ordergroove subscription management for customer's using BigCommerce as their eCommerce platform. Our popular Ordergroove integration — previously only available to Shopify merchants — is now fully available for retailers using BigCommerce as well.




    Ordergroove's powerful subscription capabilities are seamlessly integrated with Zendesk, enabling BigCommerce merchants to efficiently manage subscriptions and upcoming orders directly within Zendesk.


    Subscription data from Ordergroove is surfaced throughout the agnoStack Customer Insights panel, providing agents within Zendesk immediate visibility of relevant subscription details. Additionally, agents can manage subscriptions and upcoming orders — including deactivating/re-activating subscriptions as well as changing the next scheduled invoice.


    The Ordergroove integration is available to retailers subscribed to our Premium tier and above.


    NOTE: To view extended Ordergroove subscription data on the agnoStack Order Detail screen, you can add a Custom Metafield to the BigCommerce Order object that contains the associated Ordergroove Subscription IDs. This will ensure that all relevant subscription information is visible to your agents when viewing order details from.

    Ordergroove Enhancements

    Ordergroove - Upcoming Order Insights

    To further strengthen our recently enhanced Ordergroove integration, we're introducing several additional enhancements, further improving agent workflow and delivering more comprehensive order insights. These updates apply to all Ordergroove integrations for both Shopify and BigCommerce merchants.


    Detailed Upcoming Order Insights: Previously, the agnoStack Customer Insights module offered limited information on upcoming orders. Now, agents can view comprehensive details including line items, quantities and prices of upcoming orders, allowing faster and more accurate customer support.


    Modify Upcoming Orders: Agents now have the ability to directly adjust the scheduled date of upcoming orders. This new flexibility enhances the ability to deliver personalized support and accommodate customer requests more effectively.


    Discount Display: We have updated the subscription details within Customer Insights to clearly display any applicable discounts. Agents can quickly communicate savings and subscription value, enhancing customer satisfaction and transparency.



    Shopify Store Credit

    This release includes a major update to agnoStack's store credit capabilities - specifically enabling support for retailers using Shopify for their eCommerce platform. Agents now have direct visibility into customer store credit balances and can easily add store credit right within the Customer Insights module.


    The agnoStack Store Credit functionality streamlines customer interactions, enhances relationships - and encourages repeat business. The new functionality further extends Shopify capabilities within Zendesk even beyond our already industry-leading Advanced Gift Card Management functionality.


    The new Shopify Store Credit Management is functionality is available immediately to all merchants subscribed to our Premium and Enterprise tiers by selecting the "Enable Store Credit?" option within the Manage Your Account screens.

    Fixes/Enhancements


    Custom Payment Methods

    We have included a small, but important enhancement in this release that allows retailers using Adobe Commerce/Magento as well as Shopify to have enhanced support for setting custom, non-transactional Payment Methods (similar to "Mark as Paid" or "Cash on Delivery"). This functionality will continue to be enhanced, as well as expanded to add support for additional platforms in upcoming releases across the months ahead.



    Currency Selector Bug Fix

    The recent introduction of a selector for platforms supporting multiple currencies during the Order Creation/CartCollabSM process aimed at facilitating easier management of Carts/Draft Orders across multiple markets revealed a small issue when combining customer-specific price overrides with currency changes.


    We have now resolved this issue, ensuring smoother and more reliable multi-currency order handling.

    Shiphero Enhanced Shipping Provider
