Rivo data is surfaced throughout the agnoStack Customer Insights panel, bringing relevant loyalty and referral information directly to your support agents. Additionally, Rivo events are included in the Advanced Customer Timeline, displaying customer points earning and redemption - as well as referral related events in our unified chronological view.
This is the most full-featured loyalty integration to date, offering the ability to directly issue Rivo points/credits inside agnoStack via our Actionable Insights capability.
Retailers subscribed to the Premium Tier or Enterprise Tier can unlock increased efficiency for agents, directly displaying enhanced customer data and events from Rivo and other Add-Ons for a full 360 view of customer activity.
Zendesk recently announced that their legacy Magento 2 Connectors for Support, Chat, and Sell are no longer available for new installations and are officially discontinuing support as of October 30, 2024. New Subscription Management Capabilities: We have significantly enhanced the management options that Support Agents can now perform on a subscription within agnoStack. This includes the ability to Activate/Deactivate and Delete subscriptions, Skip/Un-Skip Invoices, Apply Discounts, Swap Items - and more!
UI Optimizations: This release includes several overall improvements from an Agent Experience/UI standpoint to make the overall process for viewing and managing subscriptions and invoices more intuitive. This includes moving key editable options for a subscription into the Customer Advanced Data panel.
We have upgraded the recently released Okendo integration to now include Customer Loyalty data (in addition to existing information around Reviews). Previously, this integration provided robust data, events and customer review details direcly from Okendo - this new enhancement now also surfaces all relevant loyalty information directly within the Customer Insights panel.
Additionally, as part of our popular Actionable Insights capability, agents can now directly issue Okendo loyalty points for a customer directly inside agnoStack, further enhancing the support and sales process.
Based on customer input & feedback, we have enhanced the agent experience for the Customer Insights panel by ensuring it remains open/expanded when navigating between the orders list and order details. This improvement results in a smoother and more seamless experience, allowing uninterrupted access to critical customer information.
This release continues to build on our efforts to improve overall application performance. This update should reduce initial loading time across the board, including scenarios with existing pinned orders. Retailers with multiple brands configured within agnoStack will also experience further improvements in order loading times, enhancing overall efficiency.
