    Introducing - Cart Selector!

    This release includes an incredibly exciting new enhancement to our existing Order Creation/CartCollabSM functionality. We have just released our Cart Selector feature, enabling support agents to more efficiently assist customers by accessing customer saved carts.


    When an agent initiates a New Order to assist a customer, they will now have a choice to start a new empty Cart or select from an existing Cart. This is a game-changing enhancement for retailers who are looking to provide a more collaborative agent-assisted sales experience for their customers.


    Cart Selector is currently available on our Enterprise tier for retailers running either Shopify or commercetools as their Commerce platform, with support for additional platforms that support multiple customer carts coming soon.

    New Features


    Additional Checkout Options

    Building on top of enterprise checkout capabilities, we have also extended the checkout options for some of our most popular integrations.


    This release adds the ability to leverage "Cash on Delivery"" for checkout on Magento 2. In addition, for retailers running on BigCommerce, agents can now choose to checkout using Store Credit. Both options will not require any credit card payment details to be entered during the Checkout/CartCollabSM flow.


    These new checkout options are now available for retailers on our Enterprise tier at no additional cost!

    commeretools - Enhanced Enterprise & Premium Tiers

    Our integration with commercetools for customers on our Enterprise and Premium Tiers just got a whole lot more exciting! This release brings several core agnoStack features available across other commerce platforms to retailers using commercetools.

    Cart Shipping Options - commercetools

    Order Status Management: Enhancements to our Order management capabilities now allow agents to dynamically update Orders status. This flexibility is crucial for businesses that need to adapt quickly to changes in customer demands or operational challenges.


    Enhanced Cart Functionality: Our Order Creation/CartCollabSM process for commercetools was originally developed to leverage "Shopping Lists". We have now upgraded this flow to use the richer "Cart" capabilities of commercetools. This transition unlocks a wealth of new capabilities for agents including the ability to pre-fill Billing Address, Shipping Address, select Shipping Method - and much more!


    Line-Item Price Overrides: Now available for commercetools, this feature allows agents to apply custom prices to line items directly within a Cart. This is particularly useful for replacement orders, promotional activities or accommodating customer-specific pricing needs.


    Promotion Code Integration: We have also brought our existing capability to applying cart promotion codes to commercetools. Agents can apply promotion codes on the first page of Checkout as well as on the final order review screen.


    Cart Attribution: We've also added support for cart/order attribution during the cart creation process. We are now brining this feature to commercetools, which will automatically attach custom metadata attributes to a Cart. This includes the Zendesk Agent ID, as well as the original Order ID during rapid Re-Order.



    All new functionality for commercetools is available for retailers on our Enterprise & Premium Tiers at no additional cost!

    commercetools CartCollabSM

    These exciting new features to our commercetools integration unlock a tremendous amount of value for support teams, but we aren't done yet! Coming soon, we will be releasing a reference storefront implementation of our industry-leading CartCollabSM feature to commercetools.


    CartCollabSM will allow an agent to seamlessly prefill Cart details and securely share with customers a link to complete payment directly on your storefront. To request to join the EAP, please contact support at support@agnostack.com.
