Numerous customers have requested the ability to not only view, but be able to add, edit, and manage Customer Tags (as well as Order Tags) directly within agnoStack. Today, we are thrilled to announce tag management support for all customers using BigCommerce as well as Shopify!
Customer Tags are visible directly inside of the Customer Insights section, and the Order Tags are available directly within any Order Detail screen. Tag management is available to customers using our Premium Tier and above at no additional cost.
We will continue to add tag management support for additional Commerce and Marketing platforms in coming months.
Building on top of our recent launch of Marketing Platform integrations, today we are adding additional optional Add-On support for Yotpo Loyalty.
This integration enables customers using Yotpo to surface additional Customer Insights data directly inside of the Customer Detail screens.

We are excited to announce that Recharge is now available to manage subscription orders for our Shopify customers.
Retailers using Recharge along with Shopify can now access and manage recurring subscrption orders directly inside of agnoStack.
As part of our Premium and Enterprise Tiers, agents now have access to an Invoices tab to view and manage recurring payments associated with subscription orders via Recharge.
Similar to our Stripe Subscription Orders support, this funcationality adds the ability to directly access invoice details and process invoice refunds.
Will will continue to add support for Recharge additional other commerce platforms throughout the year.
