We are excited to announce that our recently released Stripe Commerce provider has been extended to support our full Premium Tier of functionality.
The integration allows a retailer using Stripe directly as a Commerce Provider to access and manage Orders as well as Subscriptions that often run beyond a typical eCommerce catalog website experience.
As part of the Premium package, we have now introduced our new Invoices tab for viewing and managing the recurring payments associated with Subscription orders. This includes the ability to directly link to invoice details for processing payment and/or directly download and view a previous payment.
In addition to our rich functionality available in our existing Starter and Professional Tiers, we now fully support refund processing for Stripe Orders and Invoices without ever leaving Zendesk.
We recently introduced our "Multi-Config" feature inside the agnoStack plugin. This offers the ability to connect multiple platforms and/or multiple storefronts into a single, unified view of your customer's orders.
This release add a significant new enhancement to Multi-Config where individual configurations can be given custom/unique names. This feature will be helpful when managing existing configurations across different platforms or storefronts.
In addition, as we continue to release new functionality related to supporting multiple storefronts and multiple platforms, having custom names for each configuration is incredibly useful to help an agent support multiple brands (and customers who shop across them)!
