Eliminate switching between tabs to view the details of orders with our Orders Watchlist, a fullscreen dashboard feature. Our Orders Watchlist feature allows agents access to their Saved Orders for any tickets they are tracking.
In addition. we've further enhanced our fullscreen Watchlist view after after tremendous excitement from the initial launch to now also allow agents to create a dashboard of saved customers to their own personalized Customers Watchlist.
Orders can be saved or unsaved to the dashboard directly from the Order Detail screen.
In addition to creating new fullscreen experiences for both Saved Orders Watchlist and Advanced Reminders, we have also now updated our Onboarding/Manage Your Account screen into an expanded fullscreen experience available via the main Zendesk left navigation. We heard from many of our Magento 1 (Adobe Commerce) customers regarding a number of issues found within Zendesk's Magento 1 Extension (incorrect/missing order address, sporadic missing customer data, lack of order item quantities, etc.).
Our engineering team has been working in concert with Zendesk to ensure a smooth transition as we take over support for the Extension and we're excited to announce that as of September 7, agnoStack has officially taken over the Extension from Zendesk.
