We have now added support to be able to easily sync data directly to and from your Zendesk Ticket Tags via your commerce platform's Customer or Order Tags.
Tag syncing has been one of our most requested features as it allows Zendesk tags to easily be added to a Customer or Order in your commerce platform or to be able to easily associate commerce tags to a Zendesk ticket to enable easy reporting, agent assignment, routing and/or custom views.
The new bi-directional tag synchronization screen allows you to easily see current commerce related tags side by side with current ticket tags to allow you to choose which ones you'd like to add as well as which direction you'd like to sync.
We have been in EAP with this functionality for the last few months and are excited to finally make it generally available!
We've made a series of updates to our commercetools integration, including adding support for our Advanced Order Data and Advanced Customer Data. This is now availble to customers subscribed to our Premium Tier via the "Metadata Package" as an Add-On.
We have also enhanced event details and included events for commercetools customers on our Advanced Order Timeline.
In addition, we now have support for Advanced Refunds (adding partial and custom refunds) via an Add-On Package for customers on our Professional and Premium Tiers.
Last but not least, we fixed a minor bug related to refunds (showing duplicates for retailers with split authorization and capture).

We have enhanced our existing status colors on all badges to better reflect the color scheme from your Commerce platform even within our Orders List view.
This can be incredibly powerful if you are supporting multiple stores or platforms in a single unified view to more easily distinguish between stores - and to help agents on a single platform more easily recognize status colors native to the commerce platform.
