We are incredibly excited to roll out support to enable agents to update an order's email address directly from within Zendesk. This highly requested feature allows your team to easily modify the email associated with an order while seamlessly maintaining active customer search data.
This feature is available today for retailers on our Professional Tier and above who are using Shopify or CommerceTools, with support for additional Commerce Platforms coming soon!

We are continuing to enhance our industry-leading Order Creation/CartCollabSM functionality. We have now added the ability for an agent to easily copy the invoice url for a cart/draft order without ever leaving Zendesk.
In addition, it is now possible to allow your agents to open the invoice directly in a new tab as an additional Actionable Option on the Order Creation/CartCollabSM screen. This can be extremely helpful for retailers who may not be using Zendesk for direct customer communication via chat/email.

This release includes the ability for agents to now search by ID for customers! For retailers using who are using Shopify or CommerceTools as their eCommerce platform, this feature is now available at no additional cost (on our Professional Tier and above).
This release includes further updated to our recent early preview of our new Reporting Dashboard to give retailers additional visibility into "attributable activities" within agnoStack. For many of agnoStack's Commerce integrations, when agents perform refunds or create new orders on behalf of a customer, extra tracking data is stored within the Commerce/Payment Platforms.
The Reporting Dashboard surfaces consolidated activity by agent directly inside Zendesk. It allows admins to query relevant data for agent attributable refunds and orders - including agent information along with timestamps, notes/reasons and more!

This release further improves the order search functionality for retailers using Shopify to better support scenarios where customers may not have an associated email address within Zendesk. Agents can now more reliably match and locate orders, helping streamline omnichannel service workflows.
As part of our continuous efforts to stay up to date with the latest features available, this update not only eliminates compatibility warnings with some older Shopify API calls, but paves the way for improved long-term support and performance. As part of this effort, we have also begun incorporating support for several newer Shopify API features, laying the groundwork for future enhancements that will continue to improve agent workflows and overall integration reliability.
Additionally, we have resolved recent deprecation warnings within the agnoStack application, aligning fully with Shopify's most up-to-date API version.

In addition to the recently added support for Make.com and n8n, we are now adding an additional EAP to allow retailers using their own backend services such as Amazon Web Services (AWS) and Google Cloud Platform (GCP) to extend the agnoStack platform. This will give merchants greater flexibility in connecting agnoStack with internal systems and data sources.
