Building on our recent modify order update in Release 3.3.0, agents now have direct access to add and delete line items on unshipped orders from the Order Detail screen without ever having to leave Zendesk!
This feature is available today for customers using either Shopify or BigCommerce.
Tracking how much is owed or due for an order just got simpler. Balance amount is now displayed at the bottom of the Order Detail screen when a customer "owes you" or when "you owe" a customer a balance/credit.
A future/upcoming release will also add the ability to take action on the Order Balance - directly issuing credit and/or allowing your agents to capture outstanding payments.
These features are both available for customer's using our Premium Tier and Enterprise Tier at no additional cost!
A small tweak, but a huge feature! We're making a usability improvement to one of our most commonly used features - for our Professional Tier and above customers.
A search button will now appear inside of the Filter Orders dropdown when no matching orders are found for the active ticket/customer. Agents can now search for that order number across customers without leaving the Filter Orders dropdown.
We continue to maximize your agents' productivity without leaving Zendesk. We've now added the ability to directly refund the Shipping line item for an order as easily as you can refund any existing line item.

We fixed a small issue for BigCommerce customers related to calculated order totals for purchases made using full or partial Store Credit. The order details should now show all traditional captured payments as well as Store Credit payments as part of the order total.
