Below are a few addtional items to highlight planned over the next several upcoming releases:
- Wider availability across Providers for our Enterprise Tier including support for Catalog/Product Search, Payment Capture, Order Creation, Order/Item/Partial/Custom Refunds, Quick Re-Order and more.
- Our new CommerceTools integration is launching very, very soon!
- Support for Multiple Stores/Configurations within a single agnoStack instance as well as the ability to have a single agnoStack subscription across multiple Commerce Platforms.
- Enhancements to our Order Timeline functionality to allow for agents to modify Order notes and messages, syncing them back and forth with their Commerce Provider. Also, allowing agents to "pin" timeline events to the top of the list as priority.
- Implement the ability to add, remove and modify items from exsiting orders, with specific functionality dependant on limitations of the Commerce Provider.
- Additional payment provider integrations including support for Adyen and CyberSource. Support for additional Shipping Providers including AfterShip.
